SEAT Alhambra DPF Cleaned On Site
The SEAT Alhambra was attended after DPF warning messages appeared on the dashboard. Our on-site diagnostics confirmed severe exhaust restriction with abnormally high differential pressure. A professional mobile DPF clean was carried out, significantly reducing pressure and clearing warnings, restoring improved performance without the need for DPF replacement.

DPF Cleaning

Make:
SEAT
Model:
Alhambra
Area:
London
Challenge:
A SEAT Alhambra was attended at Duchy Street, London, after the vehicle suffered from a severely blocked Diesel Particulate Filter. Initial diagnostic checks revealed an extremely high differential pressure reading of 220 mbar, confirming that exhaust flow was heavily restricted. At this level of blockage, normal regeneration is no longer effective, increasing the risk of warning lights, limp mode, and potential DPF failure if left unresolved.
Solution:
Our mobile technicians carried out a DPF cleaning service on-site, using state of the art equipment designed to safely break down and remove heavy soot buildup from the filter without removal. Following the cleaning process, the differential pressure was reduced to 175 mbar, delivering a clear improvement in exhaust flow. While the DPF remains under observation due to the severity of the blockage, the service significantly stabilised system performance and reduced immediate fault risks.
