At GMM1, basic flush kits or temporary chemical treatments do not serve the purpose for our DPF solutions. Instead, we use the advanced industry grade system called DSC – 17 Pro Commercial DPF Cleaning Machine that is designed to restore diesel particulate filters to near new performance and is trusted by high capacity garages and fleet operators worldwide for delivering real, measurable results.
Traditional methods used for DPF cleaning are only capable of removing the surface soot and either fail to reset the lights or leave the deep rooted soot remain stuck, the DSC – 17 Pro uses a multi directional air, water and cleaning solution process to penetrate deep into the filter core, removing up to 100% of soot and ash buildup.
Our process starts by checking the DPF condition and taking a pressure reading to measure the blockage levels. DPF of your vehicle is securely mounted into the DSC – 17 Pro machine, where specialist cleaning solution, water and controlled air pressure are used to flush out built up soot and ash from deep inside the filter. To clean every hidden corner, the machine rotates and positions the DPF in multiple directions, and once cleaned, the built-in heated dryer removes all moisture, preparing the DPF for safe refitting. Once the process is complete, we take the second reading to confirm the restoration of the airflow and removal of the blockage.
